Discovery & Survey

We start with a site visit and an understanding of your brief. Where needed, we provide full CAD design support, working from your existing drawings or developing new ones.

Costing & Programme

Our team at NJF provides a clear, itemised quote with realistic timescales. No hidden line items, no surprise change orders unless the scope genuinely changes.

Build & Project Management

Whether we’re acting as principal contractor or working alongside your existing team, we manage all trades, subcontractors, materials and deliveries to keep the project on programme.

Handover & Snagging

Full documented handover at completion, with a member of the team on site for opening day where required. Snagging is managed in the same organised way as the build itself.

We’re based in Bicester, Oxfordshire and deliver projects across the UK and Ireland. We regularly work in Milton Keynes, Oxford, London, the South East and the Midlands, with the capability to deliver national multi-site rollouts.

Yes. We can deliver as principal contractor with full CDM compliance, or as a specialist contractor working alongside your existing main contractor or project manager.

We deliver projects from single-store shopfits through to multi-site rollouts and full building refurbishments. (Reece, please verify or replace with a specific value range NJF would actually commit to.)

Yes. We hold CHAS, SafeContractor and National Association of Shopfitters accreditation. Our operatives are CSCS carded, our access teams are IPAF trained, and we carry full public liability and employer’s liability insurance.

Programme depends on scope. A small retail fit-out can be turned around in a week; a full office refurbishment typically runs four to twelve weeks. We commit to a programme at quote stage. (Reece, please confirm these ranges with NJF before publishing.)

We regularly work overnight and at weekends for retail and hospitality clients who can’t pause trading during a project.
