Tackling projects throughout the UK and Ireland, we’ve worked for clients in a range of sectors, including fashion, food and beverage, technology and more. From start to finish
When we’re involved from the start, we find that the end result is more successful, and it’s a lot quicker and easier to get there. We’ll work with you throughout the project, from the planning stage to completion.
Planning
We’ll start at the beginning, helping plan the project. We will usually begin by conducting a site survey to get an overview of the project from you. We’ll discuss ideas for your project to maximise the effectiveness of the premises. From there, a mood board will assist us in understanding what you want and don’t want in terms of general themes, colours, textures, and finishes. The plans and visuals - including 3D designs and budget - will then be presented for sign off.
Project management
During the fit out, we are able to provide project management at the level you need, from simple coordination of services to full project management. We can do this with ourselves as principal contractor or work alongside other principal contractors. We pride ourselves on the way we work, listening to our client’s needs and feedback, giving advice where appropriate, and ensuring that we do everything in our power to make your project a success.
Completion
At the end of the project, a full and detailed handover will identify any minor snagging issues. For major projects, we will often leave an experienced member of the team on site for a day or so to help with any adjustments which may become necessary as the business opens for the first time. Any snagging is managed in the same professional and organised way as the initial project, with full documentation to track actions and ensure you’re confident in the work.
